At Honeycomb Aeronautical, we stand behind the quality of our flight simulation hardware and offer a 30-day return window for all products purchased directly from our store. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Hardware

  Carefully repackage your yoke, throttle, or accessory in its original retail box, ensuring all cables, clamps, and documentation are securely included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the shipping box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
